Located on Kashi Ashram in Florida since 1992, Ma’s India is an interfaith spiritual shopping experience featuring products that enlighten and inspire: new age jewelry, music, books, spiritual statues, incense, yoga, meditation tools and much more.We invite you to visit our beautiful 80-acre grounds where we have shrines to many of the worlds great spiritual traditions. Join us for one of our programs in yoga, yoga teacher training, meditation, Xi Gong, Ayurveda, permaculture, health and well-being as well as multiple outdoor fire pujas that are a once in a lifetime experience.As with many businesses, our store had very humble beginnings. We started out with a small selection of products displayed on the floor (on a beautiful cloth) following our Saturday evening program with our guru, Ma Jaya. We quickly grew into a small rented trailer, followed by a bigger one, and then another bigger one. We finally moved into our permanent location, shown in the photo, in 2002.In 2004, hurricanes Frances and Jeanne, wrecked havoc on our ashram and on our store. The center part of our ceiling collapsed and we had no power for a total of 20 days. We ran our computers and printer with a generator (we were told this was not a good thing to do) so we could fill your orders. During that time, our customers were incredibly supportive for which we are very grateful.In the middle of our growth, we started our web store in 2000, which carries over 1500 items. Although we specialize in the Hindu tradition, we search around the world for all interesting products of quality that will appeal to the spiritual explorer.As you can imagine, one of the strongest tenets of our life is to be kind to others. We try to give our customers as much information about the products on the website as possible. However, if you have questions that are not answered on the site or just want to know more about us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Our shipping policy is to send out orders within 24 hours of receipt of orders whenever possible. If an item is temporarily unavailable we will send the whole order within 21 days. If we are unable to get the item we will remove the item from your order and ship the balance of the order out to you. Please note, you will only be charged for an item when it is sent to you.
SHIPPING CHARGES: We only ship with United States Post Office. We don’t aim to make money on shipping, but rather just cover our costs. Unlike some web sites who include their cost of shipping and handling in the prices of their goods and have low shipping – our policy is to let you see what you are paying for, and keep our goods costs down for you. We base our shipping prices on the actual cost for the weight of your items. Cost is the exact postal service charge plus a packaging and handling fee.
Inside U.S. (Domestic) – We send all domestic orders by Priority Mail (3 to 5 day delivery) or Express Mail orders (1 to 3 day delivery). The handling fee is 6%. You will be emailed the tracking information for your order.
Outside U.S. (International) – We send all international orders by US Postal Service Registered Mail which takes between 3-21 days depending on the destination. Handling fee is 7%. You will be emailed tracking information for Registered Mail and Customs. BILLING ADDRESS VERIFICATION:
For your protection against someone else fraudulently using your credit cards, we will be e-mailing you if the credit card billing address on your order does not match the billing address on file with your credit card company. We will not bill your credit card until we get verification of the correct billing address that matches your card. WHOLESALE ORDERING:
Please note, we do not sell wholesale, just retail. We do have a ‘bricks & mortar’ store in East Central Florida if you are ever in the area and want to visit.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Paypal are accepted. Alternatively, if you want to use a cashier’s check, make it out to Ma’s India for the total amount of the order including shipping, and we will send out your order upon receipt of the check. Please note, we do not accept personal checks.

- PLEASE PACKAGE YOUR RETURN PROPERLY
- GET AUTHORIZATION AND RETURN ADDRESS FROM MA’S INDIA STAFF BEFORE RETURNING AT INFO@MAS-INDIA.COM.
- BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE AND A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE INSIDE THE SHIPPING CARTON AND ON ALL CORRESPONDENCE.
WHAT YOU CAN RETURN
New merchandise (not altered or soiled) suitable for resale may be returned for exchange/refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, goods will not be accepted.
