Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati (M66)

Taken in the year 2000, Ma Jaya is shown her with a few of the children from the ashram's River School.  Ma loved to be with the children where she felt free to be herself.  She would visit school classrooms, shoo the teachers out, and share her wisdom.  She would fly by the school on her bicycle shouting out "Namaste" to all she encountered.  She'd meet with the children on the dock on Kashi's Ganga pond for ceremonies, graduation, and memorials. At Christmas time the children would gather in her residence on Christmas eve to celebrate together with their Ma. No child was forgotten. What child would ever forget the trek out to Bowman's Beach on Sanibel Island where they would spend the day in the sun and sand and surg with their Ma?  Or when they went to the movies with Ma, or rode in her big van down to Miami, or went to feed the people in hospitals or the county home.  These children grew up with a holy woman frequently in their presence.
