SHIPPING & HANDLING
Our shipping policy is to send out orders within 24 hours of receipt of orders whenever possible. If an item is temporarily unavailable, you will be informed and will be given the option to do a partial shipment or to send the whole order when the missing item comes in. Some web sites include the cost of shipping and handling in the prices of their goods – we prefer to let you see what you are paying for, and keep our goods costs down for you.
WE BELIEVE IN RECYCLING! Rather than using new boxes for shipping all your orders, we try, whenever possible, to use recycled boxes and packing materials. This may make for a less than perfect looking package, but we trust that you will be understanding and support us in doing our part to reduce waste.SHIPPING OVERSEAS We are happy to ship overseas, but the rate will depend on the weight of the items ordered. So go ahead and place your order with notes about the destination country and we will quote you the additional shipping before sending the order out to you.

New merchandise (not altered or soiled) suitable for resale may be returned for exchange/refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, goods will not be accepted.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE
To return a product, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call or e-mail Ma’s India sales@mas-india. com for an RMA Number. Include your name, address, phone, invoice number and product you wish to return with reason for return. We will call or e-mail you back with an RMA Number. Return Merchandise must be shipped prepaid. Your RMA Number must be clearly marked on the shipping label (see below). Ma’s India will not accept returns without an RMA Number on the label.
