SHIPPING & HANDLING: Our shipping policy is to send out orders within 24 hours of receipt of orders whenever possible. We ship using US Postal Service only – both for domestic and foreign orders.If an item is temporarily unavailable, you will be informed and will be given the option to replace the item with another, similar item, or wait for us to send the whole order when the missing item comes in. Please note, you will only be charged for an item when it is sent to you.
The U.S. Postal Service periodically increases its rates, both domestic and international. However we don’t aim to make money on shipping, but rather just cover our costs. Unlike some web sites who include their cost of shipping and handling in the prices of their goods and have low shipping – our policy is to let you see what you are paying for, and keep our goods costs down for you. We base our shipping prices on the actual cost for the weight of your items. The amount we charge is the exact postal service cost plus a packaging and handling fee.Inside U.S. (Domestic) – We send all domestic orders by Priority Mail (3 to 5 day delivery) or Express Mail (1 to 3 day delivery). Handling fee is 5% for Priority and 6% for Express.Outside U.S. (International) – We send all international orders by Priority Mail International (6 to 10 day delivery) or Express Mail International (2 to 6 day delivery). Handling fee is 5% for Priority and 6% for Express.Extra International Charges – Please note that for international orders there may be VAT or import duty charged by your country for items shipped from the USA. Ma’s India is not in a position to calculate these extra fees when you place your order and this is you, the customer’s, responsibility to pay when you receive the order.
BILLING ADDRESS VERIFICATION:
For your protection against someone using your credit cards fraudulently, we will contact you if the credit card billing address on your order does not match the billing address on file with your credit card company. We will not bill your credit card until we get verification of the correct billing address that matches your card.
